As a Junior Software Developer at Cerebro, you’ll have the opportunity to help build a new digital product that will have a tangible impact on Belgian healthcare. At Cerebro, interns get a lot of freedom and responsibility: you’ll work independently on a key part of our product—the patient platform or the GP platform—and have space to experiment with your own ideas and contribute to the project’s direction. We expect you to handle that freedom well: plan and organize your work independently, set priorities, and critically evaluate your own results. Experimentation, self-reflection, and speed are central to how we work. Taking ownership and being self-directed are essential - but you’re never alone. You’ll collaborate closely with an enthusiastic founding team, and you can count on guidance and direct feedback whenever needed.
