Job Description
As a Direct Sales Specialist at Clonable you are the one who actively goes out to the market to bring in new customers. You look for leads yourself (using the tools we offer) and convert them into concrete deals. You are not afraid to pick up the phone, have an eye for commercial opportunities and know how to set priorities.
You will work together with our other sales specialist who focuses on upselling, reseller acquisition and partner management. Your focus is entirely on new business: finding new customers and convincing them of the value of Clonable.
Because we are a fast growing SaaS company with a small team, you have a lot of freedom and responsibility. Your work has a direct impact on our growth in the Netherlands and internationally. The dynamics of our product and market demand flexibility: Clonable is constantly developing new features and tools, and you know how to smoothly adapt your approach.
What your work looks like
- You generate leads yourself and actively follow up on them.
- You will follow up on leads from owners.
- You will use our tooling and your own research to find the right prospects.
- You make calls (by phone, online and on location) and convince companies to become customers.
- You will keep track of your pipeline and progress in HubSpot CRM.
- You will work with marketing and other sales colleagues to align campaigns and promotions.
- You will think about our sales strategy and give input from the market.
About Clonable
Clonable aims to make internationalizing your website child's play. Trade nowadays runs largely over the Internet, but often stops at the national border because of the language barrier. With Clonable, owners of websites and web shops can cross borders without much effort. With our solution, they do not have to set up a separate website for this purpose, but everything remains linked to the original site, so that business processes only need to be adjusted minimally. This significantly lowers the threshold for doing business abroad.
Job requirements
We are looking for someone who has at least 3 years of experience in sales, with a preference for SaaS software. Are you commercially minded, results-oriented and do you like the thrill of a new deal? Then you probably fit in well with us.
Capacities we would like to see in you:
- HBO/WO thinking level.
- Minimum 3 years experience in direct sales (B2B).
- Experience with SaaS software is a strong plus.
- You are not afraid to pick up the phone and proactively approach companies.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Independent, results-oriented and used to working with targets.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Flexible minded and able to switch quickly in a changing environment.
Capacities that make us happy (perks):
- Experience with international sales processes.
- Knowledge of other European languages.
- Experience with lead generation tools and sales automation.
- Network in e-commerce or digital agencies.

Working conditions
Location: Gemert, Noord-Brabant (hybrid work possible).
Salary: €3500 - €5000 gross per month (depending on knowledge and experience).
Tenure: Fixed-term employment contract with a prospect of indefinite duration.
Number of hours: minimum 32, maximum 40 hours per week.
Contract duration: 12 months.
