About DEO.care

At DEO.care, we believe improving operating room (OR) processes can make a meaningful difference. A more efficient OR benefits everyone: patients get faster access to surgery, staff experience less stress, and ORs make better use of their resources.

We combine our proprietary data platform with on-site expertise to uncover opportunities in the OR and turn data into actionable insights.

Our work helps hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) optimize OR processes, increase surgical capacity, and make informed value-based healthcare decisions. At the same time, we support healthcare industry partners in demonstrating the value of their technologies and solutions.

Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Belgium, DEO.care works across Europe and North America. DEO USA is based in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

  • Build strong relationships with healthcare providers and industry partners.
  • Contribute to DEO.care's growth, with opportunities to support marketing, training, product development, and business development.

Your Profile

This role suits someone who is analytical, curious, and energized by working with people. You should enjoy travel, spending time in the OR, and working directly with OR teams.

  • Experience: 2–5 years in healthcare, data analytics, process improvement, consulting, medical devices, or an OR clinical role.
  • Education: bachelor's or master's degree in STEM, engineering, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Analytical: strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn process data into actionable recommendations.
  • Communication: an excellent communicator who enjoys working with people and can build trust across clinical and executive teams.
  • Work style: independent, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving environment.
  • Travel & on-site work: enjoys travel and is comfortable traveling 30–60% across North America, including days that may involve standing in the OR for most of the day. Must be able to meet hospital and ASC entry requirements. A valid driver's license is required.
  • Work authorization: DEO.care is unable to sponsor work visas for this position.
