The Mission

At Fixform, we've already conquered the chaos of facility management with our SaaS platform. Now we are entering our next evolution.

We're looking for a Medior / Senior AI Developer who is, first and foremost, a strong product engineer — someone who lives in PHP/Laravel and Vue, and who is genuinely excited about applying AI agents to real problems. Your job is to help transform Fixform from a reactive task-management tool into a proactive, agentic ecosystem: deploying agents that diagnose issues, track compliance, interact with tenants, and coordinate service providers autonomously — built on top of a platform you'll help refactor and scale.

How You Will Work

Solid Platform Engineering Refactor, extend, and harden our mature PHP/Laravel + Vue platform so it can support high-concurrency, agent-driven workflows. This is real engineering on a real production codebase — not greenfield toys.

Agentic Architecture Design and deploy parallel AI agents that handle complex reasoning for compliance, reporting, and conversation workflows.

Next-Gen AI Workflows Use Claude Code, Cursor, and Gemini to move fast — spending your energy on architecture and the deeper, harder problems rather than boilerplate.

Product & Problem Solving Bridge senior engineering with a strong product mindset to turn complex facility challenges into autonomous, reliable solutions.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

• Strong back-end expertise in PHP (Laravel) — able to refactor and extend a mature production codebase, not just build greenfield.
• Solid JavaScript / TypeScript, with Vue experience for front-end work.
• Practical experience building LLM-powered features and RAG architectures, including with Claude / Claude Code.
• Solid grasp of unit testing, OOP, API design, and relational databases.
• Proficient with a cloud platform (AWS or GCP).
• Fluent in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with a managed LLM platform such as AWS Bedrock.
• Python for AI/data workflows.
• Master's in Engineering, CS, or equivalent practical experience.
• Dutch fluency is a distinct plus.
• Affinity for PropTech, Facility Tech, or IoT.
