Your Role
A typical early-stage start-up role that’s impossible to find. Wearing multiple video hats (close to schizophrenia) until you grow into a more specific role you are owning. It’s a mix of creative video editing to fine-tune video testimonials and video strategy, giving clients the tips and tricks they need to be highly successful with our platform.
Tasks
Create and edit engaging video content (focus on video testimonials)
Manage customer-facing projects with pro communication (written, live in Dutch, English and sometimes French)
Follow up on video projects from clients
Collaborate with the team on video automation projects
Maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects throughout their journey
Apply UX/UI design thinking to content creation
Use our AI models and other automation tools to improve efficiency and results
Requirements
MUST HAVE (Non-negotiable):
Video editing skills featuring video testimonials
DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, FinalCut Pro
Strong customer-facing experience
Fluent in Dutch and English (basic French is +)
Marketing background (video marketing, digital marketing, or content marketing)
Growth mindset
Curios and excited about video automation / AI video editing
SHOULD HAVE (Important):
Design sensibility with UX/UI understanding
Customer success orientation and relationship-building skills
AI and tech-minded approach with interest in automation
COULD HAVE (Nice to have):
After Effects or animation software experience
Ghent-based location (preferred for practical reasons)
