🕵️Who are we looking for?
You get energy from opening doors and sparking interest. You like being involved across different channels, helping generate and qualify leads. You feel comfortable reaching out to new leads, understanding their context, and creating a sense of trust early on. You know how to listen, ask the right questions, and make people feel understood rather than sold to. You thrive in an environment where ownership, responsibility and impact go hand in hand. The position requires a passion to succeed, willingness to go the extra mile and the desire to be an integral part of a winning team.
As a key part of the IntelliProve team, you will:
- Through outbound prospecting campaigns generate sales leads and set up sales meetings
- Research target accounts, identify decision-makers and generate interest
- Conduct high-level conversations throughout an organization, including with Senior Executives
- Understand customers' needs and master the business problems that IntelliProve solves for, the value IntelliProve provides, and why it is unique in the marketplace
- Manage, track, and report on all activities and results
- Use online networking and search engine tools to help build targeted lists and identify new opportunity areas
Skills we are looking for:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related role.
- Background/experience working in a B2B sales environment.
- You have a strong hunter mentality. You enjoy building momentum with prospects, follow up consistently, and take ownership until there is a clear next step or decision.
- Proficient in English, other languages are a bonus.
- Extremely competitive, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy winning as a team.
- Comfortable using CRM Tools (Hubspot) + Prospecting Tools
- Attention to detail, excellent organization and communication skills.
- Have strong analytical skills.
- Have empathy and being passionate about understanding and solving prospects' problems.
- You’re excited to work in a high-growth environment.
