Karomia is built for exactly that. We're a sustainability intelligence technology company based at the Wintercircus in Ghent, Belgium. Our software turns fragmented sustainability data into structured insight and ready-to-use outputs, including GHG emissions, climate risk, and sustainability reports aligned with CSRD, ESRS, GRI, IFRS S1/S2, and SASB.
No long projects. No heavy setup. Just a system that keeps sustainability teams prepared and focused on impact.
Used by more than 300 sustainability teams across Europe.
The Opportunity
We're shipping new features almost weekly and showing up everywhere — events, LinkedIn, customer-facing ESG websites. We need a Content & Social Intern who can keep our voice on LinkedIn sharp, original, and impossible to scroll past.
This is not a scheduling job. We're looking for someone who has opinions about what good content looks like and isn't afraid to push them.
Your Responsibilities
Come up with content ideas that make sustainability intelligence land on LinkedIn: sharp, original, scroll-stopping.
Turn complex topics (CSRD, double materiality, GHG emissions) into content people actually want to read or watch.
Support the team with visuals, short-form video, and other assets for LinkedIn posts, campaigns, and events.
Help build and maintain a consistent content rhythm across the company page and individual team profiles.
Spot what works on our feed and elsewhere, and bring those insights back to the team.
Who You Are
A student: any field, as long as you're curious.
A doer: you show effort and results through actions, not just talk.
Creative and plugged in: you follow social media, news, and pop culture and know how to use what you see. You understand what makes content land on LinkedIn specifically.
Visually capable: you can put together simple visuals (Canva or similar), do basic video editing, or create short-form video content. Motion graphics or animation is a plus.
A clear communicator: you can turn complex concepts (sustainability, GHG emissions, reporting…) into content people actually understand.
Marketing-aware: you know what it means to stay on-brand.
