Karomia is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company helping organizations turn sustainability compliance into business intelligence. We started by killing the pain of CSRD/ESRS reporting — now we're a full Sustainability Intelligence Platform: ESG reporting, GHG calculators, climate risk analysis, ESG websites, and AI workflows that 10x our customers' sustainability teams.

We just rebranded. We're shipping new features weekly. Belgian banks are inviting hundreds of their customers onto our platform a month. Pipeline is heating up across NL, FR, and (suddenly) Brazil 🇧🇷.

Our HQ is the Wintercircus in Ghent — Belgium's tech hub and a pretty cool place to spend a Tuesday.

The Opportunity ✨

We rebranded. We launched a new platform. We're shipping features faster than most marketing teams can keep up with. Now we need a Marketing Creative who can keep the visuals, video, and brand storytelling moving at the same pace.

This is the role for someone early in their career who wants to own a brand rather than tweak someone else's templates. Your work will go on stages, billboards, LinkedIn feeds, and customer-facing ESG websites across Europe.

Your Responsibilities 🚀

  • Own the brand: keep Karomia's visual identity tight, recognizable, and 10x cooler than anything else in ESG software.
  • Design everything: banners, decks, social posts, event booths, merch, brochures, ad creative, customer ESG websites — if it's visual, it's yours.
  • Make the videos people actually watch: punchy product clips, founder stories, event recaps, customer wins. Cut, edit, ship.
  • Fuel the marketing engine: support campaigns, ABM plays, events (we do a lot from webinars to partner events), and the sales team's outbound.
  • AI-native by default: we use AI tools across the company. We would be excited when you plug image, video, and copy AI into your workflow and ship x-times faster than 1999.
  • Push the brand outside Belgium: help us become recognizable in across the globe 🌎.

    • Who You Are 💡

  • Fresh but fierce: young in spirit, eager to experiment and ready to say Yes Yes Yes.
  • Creative and a closer: full of ideas, but you finish things. We've all met the brilliant procrastinator
  • Design fluent: comfortable in Figma, Canva, and ideally the Adobe suite. Bonus if you’re also really excited to be much faster working compared to the “old”ways
  • Video-first instinct: you can take a phone clip and turn it into something worth posting. CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci — pick your weapon.
  • AI-curious: you've already used Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, Claude or similar in real work, and you're excited to push further.
  • Brand-obsessed: you notice when a font is 1px off and it ruins your day (in a good way).
  • Languages: fluent English. Dutch or French is a strong plus.
