The opportunity ✨
As a Account Executive at Karomia, you’ll play a crucial role in growing our client base, closing deals, and driving revenue. This role is perfect for a proactive, motivated sales professional who thrives in the fast-paced SaaS space and is passionate about having a positive impact.
Your Responsibilities 🚀
Identify, prospect, and build relationships with potential clients within target industries.
Conduct high-impact product demonstrations to showcase how Karomia’s solutions solve compliance challenges.
Lead the entire sales cycle – from initial outreach and solution presentation to contract negotiation and close.
Collaborate with marketing to leverage lead-generation campaigns, refine messaging, and tailor outreach strategies.
Manage and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate data for sales forecasting and pipeline tracking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on their compliance needs and growth strategies.
Who you are 💡
Experience: 5+ years in a B2B SaaS sales role, ideally in the field of sustainability.
A great Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools (Hubspot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales related tools.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and maintain momentum in a remote environment.
Language skills: Fluent in English, French and Dutch (nice to have).
Fun: You love a good laugh, and don’t take yourself too serious. You’re eager to learn and find creative solution to our challenges.
