The Opportunity ✨

As a Customer Success Intern at Karomia, you'll sit right where our customers meet our product. You'll learn how a B2B SaaS company keeps its customers happy and you'll be close enough to the product team to see your input turn into something real.

This is a full-time internship of 4 to 6 months, and it's not a coffee-and-copy one. You'll start with hands-on back-office support so you get to know our customers, our platform and the ESG world we operate in from day one. After those first weeks, we shape the rest of your internship together, based on what you're good at, what you want to learn, and what the business needs at that moment.

What You'll Learn 📚

  • AI: Karomia is an AI-driven company, with regular run-through sessions and demos where you learn the technology.
  • Sustainability: working in the ESG field means getting familiar with the challenges companies face in sustainability compliance and analysis, such as climate risk, materiality and emissions.
  • The dynamics of a business: learning to work with people from different teams and backgrounds (technical, product, sales), and understanding the dynamics and specific challenges of the companies we work with.
  • What You'll Do 🚀

  • Deliver, hands-on: helping keep customer data, accounts and follow-ups in order, and learning our platform inside out.
  • Create and review client reports, run quality checks, and test before the client sees it.
  • Across compliance reports, impact storytelling, GhG data and risk assessments.
  • Be close to our customers: joining check-ins, picking up questions, and understanding what they actually need.
  • Work in an AI-first team: we push AI usage to work as efficiently as possible.
  • Translate: turn business and customer challenges into clear input for our product and tech team, and turn product changes back into language customers understand.
  • Who You Are 💡

  • Student or recent graduate: You graduate by June 2027 at the latest. Graduated in June 2026 and still looking for the right first role? You're very welcome to apply.
  • A generalist: You're curious across the board. You can grasp a business or customer challenge, and you enjoy translating it into language a product or tech team can act on, and back again.
  • Not afraid of product: You don't need to be technical, but you're the kind of person who clicks around a tool until you understand it, and who isn't scared of going into the product side of things.
  • Customer-centric: You like helping people succeed and you build trust easily.
  • Problem-solver: Creative thinker with a solution-oriented mindset who takes initiative rather than waiting for instructions.
  • Communicator: Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Language skills: Fluent in English, plus either French or Dutch.
  • Fun: You love a good laugh, embrace challenges, and enjoy learning new things.
