Ambassador Manager

Moonbird is a health tech startup with HQ in Antwerp, Belgium. We develop the world’s first handheld breathing device to make breathwork practical, human, and part of everyday life.
To support our growing team, we are looking for an Ambassador Manager. As the ambassador manager, you are the strategic architect of the ambassador engine at moonbird. You possess a balanced mindset: warm and authentic in connection, but analytical and results-oriented in execution. You will proactively build a pipeline of new ambassadors—from medical professionals to influencers—and manage them to hit ambitious growth targets.
The role
You will own the strategy and execution for our three key ambassador domains:
1. Affiliate community: Managing our network of medical professionals (therapists, doctors) and content creators.
2. Influencer marketing: Sourcing and collaborating with key opinion leaders to reach new audiences.
3. Public relations (PR): Securing features in print, blogs, TV, and gift guides.
Your key responsibilities across these domains:

Sourcing & pipeline management: Systematically identifying high-value ambassadors and managing a healthy referral pipeline to ensure a steady stream of new opportunities.

Negotiation & deal making: Leading conversations with influencers and collaborators to secure mutually beneficial commercial terms and contracts.

Activation & engagement: Onboarding new ambassadors and keeping the community active through newsletters, webinars, and personal follow-ups to maximize their output.

Content co-creation: Briefing collaborators to ensure their content is authentic but also persuasive enough to drive traffic and conversion.

Analysis & reporting: Owning the targets. You forecast ROI, track the performance of every ambassador, and use data to decide where to scale and where to cut.

Required qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree.

Experience: Previous experience in a similar role (Community Management, Affiliate Sales, PR, or Influencer Marketing) is a strong plus.

Pipeline mastery: You work in a structured way and can manage a large volume of relationships simultaneously without losing track of the commercial goal.

Languages: Strong professional communication skills in both Dutch and English.
