We are looking for a football-minded customer facing professional for clubs with experience working in a professional football club at an analysis or coaching role.

‍

As a Customer Success Manager at MyGamePlan, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting our clients by answering their questions about data and measuring their game model
• Day to day support for coaches, analysts and Sporting Directors
• Educateing customers on analysis workflows and time saving processes
• Helping them to translate their game model to objective metrics

We would love to hear from you if you:

• Passionate about Football & Tech
• 3+ years in Customer Success
• Experience in working in a start-up or scale-up
• Speak Dutch, French and English
• Have a passion for football, analytics & player development
• Working experience at a football club in an analyst or coaching role
