As a Client Success Intern, you will play a pivotal role in bridging these two dynamic worlds. Our mission at Novable is to deliver the most efficient startup and innovation scouting experience. We’re seeking someone who shares our technology optimism and vision for a brighter future.
After an initial onboarding period, you will be tasked with supporting the Customer Success team. A typical day will take you from checking the product delivery calendar, helping for client meetings, to discussing with colleagues from the CS and Product teams about opportunities for improvement. You will be involved in routine and ad-hoc delivery and testing, to confirm bugs, test workarounds, etc.. More long-term projects will aim to improve the customer journey and internal procedures concerning our clients (intra/interdepartmental).
Here are the main tasks that you will be involved with:
Client Success Management
- Deliver on day-to-day client activities such as scouting innovation & startups using our AI-powered technology;
- Assist in the organization of client onboarding, business reviews and daily follow-up activities;
- Schedule, organize, and co-animate client meetings;
- Participate in innovation consulting projects;
- Conceive new or improve existing procedures regarding the customer journey.
Product testing and development
- Control and validate product release before delivery;
- Receive customer feedback and transfer it internally
- Carry out testing campaigns and bug-reporting
Support Product and IT in improving the product
