Customer Success Manager
Customer Service · Full-time, Part-time
Antwerp, Belgium
Know guarding operations? Help turn innovative software into everyday practice.
Great security technology only creates value when guards and supervisors actually use it. That means it must be easy to understand, fit naturally into daily operations, and help teams do their jobs more effectively.
That is where you come in. As a Customer Success Manager, you will help security teams adopt new technology and turn its potential into real operational impact.
This is an opportunity to use your operational security experience in a new way, helping shape how modern security teams work while staying closely connected to the realities of the field.
At Pronect, we build software for physical security operations. SAM OnSite is our voice-first, AI-supported mobile solution for guards. It lets them report naturally, receive real-time guidance aligned with site instructions and automatically register patrol activity, time and location.
Why this role matters
For security managers, SAM OnSite provides clearer oversight and more reliable operational data. For guards, it means less administration and better support while they work. The product is innovative, but its value becomes real only when people use it confidently and consistently.
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who knows guarding from the inside and wants to help security teams work in a more consistent, informed way.
Your job will be to connect SAM OnSite with the reality on the ground.
What you will do
You will stay close to clients from onboarding onwards, learn how their sites and teams operate and help managers, supervisors and guards make SAM OnSite part of everyday work.
One day, you might lead a remote training session for a new guard team.
On another, you might review adoption with a security manager, answer functional questions or help remove a barrier to consistent use. You will occasionally visit a client site when being there in person adds value.
You will bring user feedback to our product and implementation colleagues.
This is not a technical configuration role. Your strength will be understanding guarding operations and turning software into a way of working that makes sense on site.
Who we hope to meet
Most importantly, you have relevant experience in the guarding or private security industry. You may have worked as a supervisor, operations manager, account manager, trainer or in a similar role. Your understanding of the work matters more than your title. You know the pressures of daily operations and keep your advice practical.
-
You understand patrols, site instructions and SOPs, reporting, shift handovers and operational supervision.
-
You communicate credibly with guards and security management, support people patiently and follow up in a structured way. You enjoy helping people adopt better ways of working without losing sight of operational pressures.
-
You are comfortable working with software and AI, quick to learn a SaaS product and confident helping others use it. A technical background is not required.
-
Professional Dutch and English are required; other languages are an advantage.
-
Experience in customer success, training, implementation or operational change is helpful, as is the confidence to take ownership while the playbook is still evolving.
What you can expect
Pronect is a growing technology company focused on improving physical security operations through innovative software. As we continue to grow, you will have the opportunity to help shape how we onboard customers, support adoption and build our Customer Success approach.
You will have a direct impact on how customers experience our product and the results they achieve with it. Because you work closely with users in the field, you will quickly see where your efforts make a difference.
You will collaborate closely with our product, implementation and commercial teams, as well as the founders. There is room to contribute ideas, improve processes and help build best practices rather than simply follow an established playbook.
Practical arrangements
-
We currently work on a hybrid basis: three days per week at our office in The Beacon, Antwerp, and two days remotely. This arrangement may evolve over time.
-
Most client support is remote, with occasional travel within Belgium and, more rarely, international travel.
-
The role is available on either a full-time or part-time basis.
