To support its growth, Saply is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to become the first touchpoint in the sales journey. This role is key in driving new opportunities, building relationships with prospects, and helping in scaling our revenue engine.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by both personal and team success.

What you’ll do:

  • Generate pipeline: Proactively reach out to new prospects, follow up on inbound leads, and build connections within target accounts.
  • Book and qualify meetings: engage in conversations that result in qualitative meetings (15–20% progressing through the sales cycle)
  • Manage early sales cycle: Guide prospects from first conversation through qualification, and hand over or close deals after ramp-up.
  • Content sharing & network activation: act as a bridge to marketing by sharing relevant content with prospects, providing feedback to improve messaging, and amplifying Saply’s presence.
  • Collaborate internally: provide feedback and learnings that help refine our sales playbook and processes.
  • Marketing support: Create and distribute LinkedIn posts and other content pieces to increase brand awareness and engage prospects.

  • A natural communicator and storyteller: you know how to spark interest, keep conversations engaging, and build trust with prospects.
  • Commercial flair: you spot opportunities where others don’t, enjoy connecting business needs with solutions. You see outreach and follow-ups as opportunities and treat rejection as a step closer to the “yes.”
  • Comfortable with sales tools: you’ve worked with tools like Attio, LemList, Bizzy, or similar.
  • Language skills: fluent in Dutch (a must!) and confident in English to connect with a wider network.
