  • Prepare production work orders and ensure accurate administrative processing.
  • Support daily production planning while monitoring capacity, priorities, and delivery deadlines.
  • Manage inventory both in the ERP system and on the production floor, including organizing periodic stock counts.
  • Perform quality inspections on incoming components and finished products, ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Coordinate incoming quality inspections between Purchasing and Production.
  • Support the Quality Management System (QMS) and work closely with the Quality Assurance Manager on continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct internal audits, including monthly tooling calibrations and inspections of safety equipment.
  • Prepare supplier quality reports (SQRs, QANs, ENNQs, etc.) and take the necessary follow-up actions to ensure product quality.
  • Contribute to maintaining an organized production environment and proactively identify process improvement opportunities.
