At T-Mining, we are building Secure Container Release (SCR), a critical component of a modern harbour's container release process. Our solution is used by major carriers, shippers and their intermediary parties such as freight forwarders, transporters, etc. Currently we are active in 20+ countries, with +8000 connected companies and are processing over 1.5M container releases every year.
About the role
As Growth Marketer, you are responsible for ensuring that T-Mining’s SCR solution is understood, adopted, and actively used across the logistics ecosystem. Reporting to the Head of Growth & Partnerships, you translate complex technology into clear, engaging, and impactful communication that drives user activation, conversion, and brand credibility.
Your focus is twofold: helping existing users, freight forwarders, importers, and transport companies adopt SCR and see its value, while building awareness and trust among broader ecosystem players such as carriers, terminals, port authorities, and logistics networks.
You are a hands-on, creative, and data-driven marketer who loves turning complexity into clarity. You craft stories that inspire action and build momentum through smart campaigns and communication. You connect storytelling with measurable behaviour change, ensuring every message drives adoption, engagement, and growth.
Key responsibilities
1. User Activation & Retention

Design and execute activation programs that guide new and existing users toward correct and confident SCR usage.

Build clear communication journeys, including emails, guides, webinars, and in-app nudges, that increase engagement and conversion to paid subscriptions.

Drive measurable ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) growth by improving conversion rates, upselling premium features, and increasing overall customer lifetime value through targeted marketing initiatives.

Develop campaigns that motivate users to invite their partners (customers and suppliers) to join the SCR network, expanding adoption organically.

Collaborate with product and operations teams to identify usage barriers and design communication that removes friction.

Implement automated, data-driven flows that nurture users from onboarding through adoption to conversion.

Work closely with freelance digital marketer(s) to bring campaigns and initiatives to life efficiently and creatively.
2. Ecosystem & Partner Engagement

Support the Head of Growth & Business Developer by creating digital and event-based engagement initiatives for carriers and industry stakeholders.

Turn successful implementations into compelling case studies and proof points that demonstrate SCR’s value.

Coordinate joint marketing activities with carriers and partners to amplify credibility and reach across networks.

Maintain a consistent and professional presence across relevant industry channels and communities to strengthen T-Mining’s visibility and leadership.
3. Brand & Communication Consistency

Develop and maintain a clear, unified narrative and visual identity for SCR across all audiences and touchpoints.

Manage content creation, writing, design, and video, directly or through freelancers and agencies.

Oversee brand consistency across the website, presentations, email communication, and product documentation.

Create rhythm and structure in communication through well-planned content calendars, campaigns, and performance reporting.
4. Thought Leadership & Innovation Positioning

Position T-Mining as a technological leader and innovator in digital logistics, strengthening its reputation with customers, investors, and potential employees.

Develop white papers, opinion pieces, and articles that showcase SCR’s impact and T-Mining’s innovation leadership.

Highlight technology excellence as a key element of employer branding and investor confidence.
Qualification

5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology.

Proven experience designing and executing data-driven campaigns that drive measurable activation and conversion.

Strong storytelling and content creation skills, able to turn complex concepts into clear, engaging messages.

Proficient with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g. Ortto, Google Looker, etc.).

Strategic thinker with a hands-on, creative, and proactive approach, comfortable switching between strategy and execution.

Strong communicator who collaborates effectively across teams and disciplines.

Fluent in English. Additional European languages (Dutch, French, or German) come in handy.

Knowledge of logistics and maritime markets is a big plus
