What you will do

• Ship product features end to end, from functional input to release coordination.

• Give the product a face: a style and an identity that hold up next to anything outside healthcare.

• Set the quality bar for the product and make features delightful, not just good.

What we look for

• Taste you can show us, and an opinion you can defend, including against us.

• Experience designing dense, professional screens people sit in all day. Not necessarily medical.

• Enough code to open a working PR yourself (it's ok to use AI 😉), and the judgement to know when to ask for a review.
