Position Overview:Volcaino is seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to join our team. As a Frontend Developer, you will play a crucial role in crafting exceptional user interfaces and ensuring a seamless user experience for our AI-powered SaaS products. Experience with Figma and Bubble.io is necessary to excel in this role.

Location:Ghent, Belgium

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend Development:

1. Collaborate with the design and development teams to translate design concepts into functional and visually appealing user interfaces.
2. Develop high-quality, responsive web applications using modern frontend frameworks and technologies.

‍UI/UX Implementation:

1. Implement designs created in Figma and other tools, ensuring pixel-perfect and intuitive UI/UX.
2. Optimize user interfaces for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

Integration and Collaboration:

1. Work closely with backend developers to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend components.
2. Collaborate with the design team to provide input and insights on design feasibility and optimal user experiences.

Code Quality and Optimization:

1. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
2. Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in code, processes, and tooling.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Frontend Developer with proficiency in frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proficiency in using design tools like Figma and prototyping tools like Bubble.io.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
