CI/CD & Release Management

• Own and evolve our CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins with advanced Groovy scripting
• Design and implement release management processes ensuring smooth, predictable deployments
• Build automated quality gates integrating testing, security scanning, and compliance checks

Security & Vulnerability Management

• Implement and maintain security scanning across the SDLC (SAST, DAST, SCA, container scanning)
• Own vulnerability management workflows — from detection to remediation tracking
• Integrate security tooling into pipelines without slowing down delivery
• Collaborate with engineering to establish secure coding practices and dependency management

Automation & Developer Experience

• Develop automation scripts (Python, Bash) that eliminate manual processes and improve team velocity
• Build self-service tooling that empowers developers to deploy with confidence
• Create and maintain Helm charts for Kubernetes-native applications
• Continuously improve build times, feedback loops, and developer productivity

Collaboration & Standards

• Partner closely with product and engineering teams throughout the entire SDLC
• Drive DevOps best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Define and maintain standards for versioning, branching strategies, and release processes
• Mentor team members on automation, security, and DevOps methodologies

What we're looking for

Required

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps/Platform Engineering with a focus on CI/CD and software delivery
• Expert-level proficiency with Jenkins and Groovy for pipeline automation
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash
• Production experience managing Kubernetes clusters and creating Helm charts
• Hands-on experience with security scanning tools and vulnerability management
• Deep understanding of SDLC processes and Agile/DevOps methodologies
• Solid grasp of Git workflows and version control best practices
• Experience with Docker and containerization technologies
• Proven track record of building automation solutions that measurably improve team velocity
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

Nice to have

• Experience with ArgoCD, Terraform
• Hands-on experience with SonarQube or similar code quality platforms
• Knowledge of AI-assisted development tooling (automated PR reviews, AI code analysis, intelligent test generation)
• Experience with observability stacks: OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog
